With the sudden outbreak of coronavirus in multiple countries, some countries and regions have adopted a series of preventive and control measures. Airlines in some countries have significantly reduced or cancelled international routes, which has caused postal services to be suspended or delayed, and mail delivery capacity has been affected. The delivery time for parcels sent from abroad to international countries has been extended to a greater extent than usual once they leave the country, this is because parcels are now flowing in your countries in large quantities. Some countries’ postal delivery is also not abnormal now. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the extended delivery time for your parcels.
